水木源创(SMY)别墅工组长自检、工程监理专检、工程部质检、总监巡检、总经理抽检、客户定期回访,严控每一道施工工序,缔造国内别墅施工设计的典范。

 self-examination of the leader of villa group of SMY Originality and Design(SMY), special inspection of project supervision, quality inspection of engineering department, routing inspection of chief inspector, casual inspection of general manager and regular return visit of clients. Each construction process is strictly controlled to form the model for civil villa construction and design.

1、各个工种组长自检 Self-examination of the leader of each type of work

泥水工程、木制作工程、给排水工程、电工程(含弱电)、木制品涂饰工程、墙面涂饰工程,决不放过质量上的任何一个盲点,为客户打造零缺陷产品。

Self-examination of the leader of each type of work: cement project, wood work project, water supply and drainage project, electric project (concluding weak current), painting project of wood work and painting project of wall space. Never neglect any blind spot in quality, to create zero-defect products for customers.  

2、水木源创(SMY)别墅工程监理专检 Special inspection of villa project supervision SMY Originality and Design(SMY)

工程的直接责任人,对工艺过程中的工艺质量、设计调整、材料供应、工人调配、工艺进度、服务质量、工地安全、文明工艺等一切工作负责,每周对每一个工地的工艺情况做质检报告。

The direct responsible person of the project will be responsible for the process quality, design adjustment, material supply, worker deployment, process progress, service quality, site safety, civilized process and all other work in the process, and make quality inspection report on the process of each site every week.

3、水木源创(SMY)别墅工程部质检 Quality inspection of villa project of SMY Originality and Design(SMY)  

严格把关每一道工艺规范标准,做好机电、暖通安装的技术标准,落实责任工艺计划。

Strictly check the standard of each process, make the technical standard of electromechanical and heating and installing installation, and carry out the responsible process plan.

4、水木源创(SMY)别墅总监巡检 Routing inspection of villa chief inspector of SMY Originality and Design(SMY)

负责把控项目的推动及设计执行标准,指导现场施工人员对方案的实施。别墅设计师团队全程跟踪项目,主案设计与业主方要深度交流。

Be responsible for the promotion of the project and the design and implementation standards and guide the site construction personnel to implement the scheme.Villa designer team will fully follow the project and deep communicate with the main case design and the owner.

5、总经理抽检 casual inspection of general manager

每个星期不定时抽检工地,与业主、设计师、工程人员交流意见与建议,即时解决问题。

 Casually Carry out site inspections every week,exchange views and suggestions with owners, designers and engineers as well as solve problems immediately.  

6、客户回访 return visit of clients

对在建工程和质量保修期内的完工工程,客服人员定期进行客户回访,及时反馈问题并协调各部门快速完善解决。

 For the projects under construction and the completed projects within the quality warranty period, the customer service staff will make regular customer return visits, timely feedback problems and coordinate with various departments to improve and solve them quickly.

别墅装修设计验收机制 Acceptance Standards of Villa Decoration and Design

水木源创(SMY)别墅装饰装修材料、隐蔽工程、分阶段、中期、预验收、竣工验收,层层把关,成为业内的典范!

There is acceptances of villa decoration materials, acceptances of concealed work,acceptances by stages, interim acceptances , pre-acceptance and completion acceptance in SMY, and inspection is carried out for every process, which makes SMY a model in this industry.
1、材料验收 Acceptance of Materials

材料进场时,对供应商要严格按标准验收;业主每次验收后需签字确认,保证施工材料验收在“阳光”下进行。

When materials enter the market, the suppliers should be checked and accepted in strict accordance with the standards;The owner shall sign for confirmation after each acceptance to ensure that the acceptance of construction materials is carried out in public.

2、隐蔽工程验收 Acceptance of Concealed Work

隐蔽工程过程监督察看,在封闭之前各个部门签字确认,保证不遗漏、不出错、无质量问题。During the supervision and inspection of concealed works, all departments shall sign and confirm before the closure to ensure there is no omission, error or quality problem.

3、分阶段验收 Acceptance by Stages

对于局部工程,分别开展施工前确认、施工中监督、施工后验收。对复合型工程,进行局部多次、分阶段严格验收,保证整体质量!

For partial projects, pre-construction confirmation, in-construction supervision and post-construction acceptance shall be carried out respectively.For complex projects, the acceptance should be carried out for many times and by stages to ensure the overall quality.

4、中期验收 Interim Acceptance

及时发现问题并纠正问题,为工程后期顺利施工打下良好基础。

Find and correct the problems in time, and lay a good foundation for the smooth construction of the later stage of the project.

5、预验收 Pre-acceptance 

在正式验收之前,各相关管理人员对工程完工部分进行验收,只有在预验收满意之后才能进行竣工验收。(如果发现问题及时整改)

Before the formal acceptance, the relevant management personnel shall check and accept the completed part of the project, and only after the pre-acceptance is satisfied can the completion acceptance be carried out.(If problems are found, rectify them in time)

6、竣工验收 Completion Acceptance

最后验收阶段,业主、各工种负责人统一审核检验,并交付保修单,给业主一个满意的服务。

At the final acceptance stage, the owner and the person in charge of each type of work shall conduct unified audit and inspection, and deliver the warranty sheet to give the owner a satisfactory service.
